How to Watch and Participate on CWA TV

Welcome! So your ready to watch a CWA TV show!

Note! Click on Any of the images to view them in full size! ;)

This page will be your come back page when you need to remember how to join in, or have a problem. The link to this page is at the bottom of every show player so you can get here quick. To start off on the right foundation for watching or participating in Live Streaming Video, you always want to make sure you do not have any major apps running on your computer. Apps such as Tweetdeck, Skype, Pandora… apps that are pretty much ’streaming’ already. So close those out for your best experience!

NOTE! Due to some changes in our platform this past week, We are updating this page.

The most important things you need to know are:

If you arrive early to a show, you must refresh the page to view the live streaming after it starts.

If you want to view chat or join in Chat Click on that button that you see on the show page.

Click To CHat on CWA TV

To actually be able to ENTER chat- it will ask you for a login and password.

To Provide a safe, clean atmosphere for our viewers we ask that you join Stickam by creating an account with them. Then you just need to come back to the shows you want to chat with and become their ‘friend.’ See below…

Our Hosts LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT when you join her in the live chat during the show. It’s very simple and no pressure! Just let her know your watching. It also gives you a chance to interact with the other women watching.

To keep our environment safe here at CWA TV, we made the decision to only allow women who become ‘friends’ with the show’s host to enter the chat room.

So you MUST Open an account on Stickam. Just open one and save the login and password. You never have to peruse their site in any way. Once you have an account you will EASILY be able to Be-Friend any show host here at CWA TV.

Here is a very quick tutorial to watch one time so you know how simple! It covers going to Stickam, Then how to be-friend a host of any CWA TV show. It also shows you how to then enter chat during a show. The Video that is public and listed all over the site for VIEWERS of your show (any CWA TV show) Link to Tutorial: HERE

You HAVE TO GO FULL SCREEN to join in chat. (Remember Our Perty Graphic above/right? It’s on every show page)

So let’s look at what that looks like when you click that graphic on a show page….

This is what will pop out in its own window when you hit Full Screen on the bottom left of the show player. Once it pops open~ Make the page BIG! So you can see more chat. At the bottom middle, you will see the

It will say you HAVE to be a friend of the host to enter chat. (that is explained above)

1) Just put in your Stickam Login info

(we REALLY would like you to at least use your real first name)

Once in chat, just type in and hit enter. You can format your colors etc too.

You will notice our host in the big window and if any are on video with her, they will be in the smaller windows. Control Volumes on each with orange Sliders.

Also see where you can sign in with Twitter and Tweet out during the show! Invite others to join you!

So! You want to go on live with the host on video? Sometimes the host will not have the option open if she is doing something special or whatever her reasons are. She will most likely always let you on to just ‘hang’ in the window with no mic on. So don’t hesitate to ask her. Then she will enable for you to come on.

You MUST have a webcam :) and then if you need to check your settings, just click on settings and make sure you have your correct camera chosen and microphone. Let’s Look at what its like in the other Full Screen Mode and see the Message…

Once you have gone full screen it will have a link at the top to switch between 2 different layouts.

I like this one as it has the CWA Sunflowers :)

You can click back and forth. But decide and stay. If its a busy chatroom that day, this is the one you want. You can make the page tall and wide and really stay up with chat.

This pic shows the orange volume sliders too that I mentioned above.

It also has the message where you can click to join on video enabled.

The Host will be in the top Big middle picture.

Always can see who else is in chat, they will be listed on the side.

If someone is watching but has NOT joined in chat, the host does not know you are there.

Sooooo Join in Chat! :)

Woot, we love that!

What if you have come to a live show and you just cannot even see the player??
